Based on our performance with a furniture order from Equity One in 1999- (including specification, order management, project management, delivery, and installation.) OE was awarded the opportunity to develop a corporate system for furniture and inventory management.
By integrating a standards program, an innovative new specification approach, and attic stock program, a reservation system, and site management.
Equity One is now meeting the challenges of churn rates in two corporate locations Marlton, NJ, and Denver, CO. Our focus is minimizing the loss of productivity, containing the client’s costs, and maximizing the return on investment for every piece of furniture that Equity One owns.
